Club Members receive UNLIMITED washes each month based on their membership selection.  Recurring transactions will automatically debit monthly on the same date (or next business day) as the club membership initiation date.  After three (3) consecutive billing cycles, members reserve the right to cancel their membership.  Memberships must be cancelled at lease three (3) business days prior to the next billing date, which allows ample time to verify identity and process the cancellation.  

HOW IT WORKS!

  • Once you decide to become a Member of our Wash Club, please drive up to one of the Pay Stations and press “Unlimited Wash Club.”
  • On the next screen, select and press Monthly Wash Club package of your choice.
  • Next, insert your credit or debit card, and enter your 5-digit billing zip code to complete the transaction. The entrance gate will then raise.
  • Before leaving the Pay Station, press the “Print Receipt” button and remove the receipt. Proceed to the tunnel entrance and show the wash attendant the receipt.
  • Upon completing the car wash, drive around to the Office and a Manager will affix a small “RFID TAG” to the upper interior of the windshield or backside of the rear view mirror.
  • Next, the Manager will provide you with a short form to complete and sign. This allows us to update your customer profile and will allow you to agree to our Terms & Conditions.
  • Welcome to the Club! Now all you have to do is drive up dirty and ride out clean… an UNLIMITED number of times!

Genesis Auto Wash offers aN Unlimited Monthly Wash Club discount for families! Some minor stipulations to joining the family plan include: (1) Everyone in the family must be on the same wash package level. The first vehicle is charged the normal retail amount, the second vehicle receives $5 off the monthly amount and all vehicles from the third on will receive $10 off the monthly amount. (2) All family vehicles must be on the same credit card in order to be grouped as a family. If you are interested in the family club discount please go to our office and have our manager set you up manually. You will not be able to set up a family plan from our two pay stations at the entrance.

Genesis Auto Wash offers two ways to upgrade your club membership. One is available to all club membership levels and allows for an upgrade of your current monthly wash club level for all future washes. The second upgrade applies only to Silver club members and allows for one single-use upgrade to the Gold wash for an additional $5.00. To upgrade, go through the pay station gates as normal and tell the attendant at the tunnel entrance what type of upgrade you would like and we will handle the rest.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Genesis Auto Wash LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify this program at any time.
  • Any changes to the Program will not affect our obligation to provide the services for which a Member has already paid.
  • Members may upgrade their Monthly Package by visiting the office and speaking to a Manager.
  • The RFID MEMBER TAG is numbered and limited to the registered vehicle.
  • TAGS may not be transferred to other vehicles and will be damaged if attempt is made.
  • If TAG is defective and visibly tampered with, there will be a $5.00 replacement cost.
  • Members must maintain their credit or debit card in “good standing.
  • All Wash Club RFID TAGS must be installed at Genesis Auto Wash LLC by a Manager.
  • You may cancel any time after 3 monthly billing cycles at least 3 days prior to the next billing date, and only in person.
